Job Title: Lead / Senior AI/ML Developer

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Hybrid

Number of projects on ML: Minimum 2

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead or Senior AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and implement machine learning solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of algorithms, model development, data preprocessing, and deployment techniques, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to identify AI/ML opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Implement algorithms for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  • Work with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production using MLOps frameworks and best practices.
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Good knowledge of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), API integration, and cloud-based ML platforms.
  • Understanding of docker and complete deployment processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
