Company Overview:Bella Designs is a leading interior design firm based in Bengaluru, dedicated to creating personalized and innovative home interiors. We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations. ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Daily Accounting: Record and categorize day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.Statutory Compliance: Timely filing of EPF, ESI, PT, and TDS returns and payments.

Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions. Project-Wise Accounting: Maintain ledgers and analyze Profit & Loss for individual projects. Budgeting: Preparing monthly budgets and monitor variances.

Secretarial Compliance: Ensure MCA filing and compliance with statutory requirements. Petty Cash: Manage petty cash disbursements and maintain records. Support the CEO with scheduling, reports, communications, and other executive tasks as needed

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 1 year of experience in accounting roles

Proficient in Tally ERP and MS ExcelKnowledge of TDS, EPF, ESI, and PT rules

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
