*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled Laptop Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptop hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:*

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues, including but not limited to:

• Screen replacement

• Keyboard replacement

• Battery replacement

• Hard drive replacement

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including:

• Operating system installation and configuration

• Virus removal and malware cleanup

• Data backup and recovery

• Provide technical support to customers, including:

• Answering queries and resolving issues

• Providing guidance on laptop maintenance and usage

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including:

• Cleaning and dusting laptops

• Updating software and firmware

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and customer interactions

*Requirements:*

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in laptop repair and maintenance(except Freshers)

• Proficiency in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month
