Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead - Python, based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Lead will oversee multiple python projects, providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Daily tasks will include coding, code review, debugging, and mentoring team members. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to meet company goals and ensuring adherence to best coding practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask
  • Experience in software development, including UI/UX principles and web services integration
  • Proficiency in code review, debugging, and version control systems like Git
  • Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance
  • Project management skills and experience in agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of database design and development
