This is a project-based role where designers collaborate closely with our teams and are expected to be available for 
in-person sessions whenever required

Role Description

We're looking for a 
UI/UX Designer (Project-Based)

who enjoys designing thoughtful, user-centered interfaces and experiences. 

You will work on defined projects such as platforms, dashboards, learning interfaces, or internal tools. While much of the work can be done independently, you'll be required to 
come in person for discussions, design reviews, workshops, or collaboration sessions as needed

. 

This role is ideal for early-career designers who want hands-on project exposure and strong portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Research & Understanding

• Understand user goals, behaviours, and project requirements 

• Collaborate with research and product teams (in person when required) 

• Analyse user flows, pain points, and usability needs 

• Participate in feedback loops and design iterations 

Experience & Interface Design

• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-to-high fidelity designs 

• Design clean, intuitive, and visually consistent interfaces 

• Apply usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles 

• Design layouts, components, and interaction patterns 

Design Systems & Handover

• Maintain consistency using style guides and design systems 

• Prepare clear design handoffs for developers 

• Collaborate with front-end teams during implementation 

• Support visual QA and refinements 

Project Collaboration & Delivery

• Attend in-person meetings/workshops when required 

• Work on defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables 

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders 

• Document design decisions and flows

Must-Have

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
