We believe in offering the highest quality guidance and customer service. We are now expanding our Sales & Support team and are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up with clients on ongoing projects and ensure timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates, escalation, and project completion.
  • Assist the sales team by identifying new or additional service opportunities.

Who Can Apply

Freshers and experienced candidates who:

  • Have good communication skills in English is mandatory.
  • Are confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Have basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Office).
  • Are positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Can manage tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism.

No fieldwork is required.

No technical background is necessary.

Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
