Job Description:

W2S Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced 
Developer
 with 
4 years of hands-on experience
 to join our team at our Chennai office in Sholinganallur. As a backend developer, you will play a key role in building robust server-side applications and APIs for our innovative digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using 
  
• Build and integrate 
  RESTful APIs
   for web and mobile platforms
• Work with databases such as 
  MongoDB
  , 
  MySQL
  , or 
  PostgreSQL
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and project teams
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years
   of professional experience in 
  development
• Strong knowledge of 
  JavaScript
  , 
  
  , and asynchronous programming
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with 
  Git
  , 
  API tools
   (Postman, Swagger), and Agile development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
