Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements
  • Assist customers in selecting fabrics, garments, and textile products
  • Explain product details such as fabric quality, price, offers, and care instructions
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper display of products and showroom cleanliness
  • Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required
  • Manage stock on the floor and inform the supervisor about low stock
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally
  • Follow store policies, sales processes, and grooming standards
  • Support during peak hours, festivals, and sale periods

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English preferred)
  • Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of textiles/fabrics is an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifts and stand for long hours
  • Team player with a positive mindset
