Designation- Business Development Associate

Experience- 0 – 2 years B2C sales experience

Salary- INR up to 5 LPA ( Fixed 3LPA Variables 2LPA)

Qualification- (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization)

Role: Business Development Associate

JD & Roles and Responsibilities for BDA
 Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
 Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
 Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home visits
 Understand Student Academic issues to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
 Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Edmate Subscription as a solution
 Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
Should have Laptop and Two Wheeler
