Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage our complete digital marketing ecosystem. The role involves handling social media marketing, paid ads, WhatsApp marketing, and coordinating with internal teams and agencies to ensure high-quality content creation and lead generation. The candidate should be hands-on, strategic, and capable of leading a team.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Ensure regular posting, brand consistency, and audience growth
  • Analyze insights and improve reach and engagement

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns (broadcasts, automation, follow-ups)

Content Development & Team Coordination

  • Get content developed through internal teams / freelancers / agencies
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content writers
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, reels, and ad copies
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar

Experience:

8+ Years in Digital Marketing

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should be based in Noida or nearby areas
  • Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Retail / Brand-led businesses is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
