About the Role

We are urgently seeking an energetic and responsible Site Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be able to manage construction sites independently, oversee all on-site activities, and ensure projects are executed efficiently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Manage manpower and resources effectively at the site.
  • Report progress and issues to project management regularly.
  • Take ownership of site-related tasks and resolve challenges proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 1-2 years of site management experience (freshers with strong knowledge and initiative may also be considered).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take responsibility for project execution.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
