Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee financial reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes within agreed timelines.
• Prepare complex financial reports, providing meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined processes and data integrity.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in R2R Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
• Background in closing, reconciliation processes, and financial analysis is essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
