Role & responsibilities

LRDI Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons for Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation as per the CAT curriculum.
• Prepare and update study material, handouts, and assignments related to LRDI.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, regular assessments, and test series to track student progress.
• Develop strategies for solving complex LRDI problems quickly and efficiently, guiding students to approach questions with the right techniques.
• Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to students to enhance their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the CAT exam pattern and ensure content and teaching methods reflect those changes.
• Assist in developing online content, including recorded lectures, study material, and practice tests, for our digital platforms.
• Participate in student counseling sessions to guide and motivate them throughout the preparation journey.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA or relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, especially for CAT preparation. Prior experience in coaching for other competitive exams (XAT, SNAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong command over LRDI concepts and shortcuts.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and deliver engaging lessons.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to mentor students effectively.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is an added advantage.
