Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to advance your data visualization career and drive business impact with Slate product analytics.

As a Data Visualization Associate Senior in the Card Data and Analytics Team, you lead dashboard development and analytical initiatives for the Slate product.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for Slate product performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data owners, and technology partners to gather requirements and deliver impactful visualizations
  • Develop and optimize complex ETL workflows using Alteryx to ensure data accuracy and availability for analytics
  • Support development of scalable data products and robust data pipelines for dashboard and analytical needs
  • Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, providing timely and actionable insights to support product strategy and operations
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing technical expertise and best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization, analytics, and ETL

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Six years of professional experience in data visualization and analytics with focus on dashboard development and ETL
  • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design and performance optimization
  • Advanced experience building complex ETL workflows in Alteryx
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior team members

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms
  • Prior experience in financial services, credit cards, or consumer lending analytics
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management
