Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Tally Prime

Location: Kondhwa, Pune

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with working knowledge of Tally Prime, responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate business records and accounting data on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily sales, purchase, and transaction data into Tally Prime
  • Maintain and update accounting records with high accuracy
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required
  • Verify entries for correctness and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incorrect data
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or accounts
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of accounting entries
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification:

  • Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com / or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in an accounting or data entry role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
