Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Salem. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel needs. Additionally, the role involves HR management as well as ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Payroll Expertise.
  • Proficiency in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
  • Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
