Restaurant waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our restaurant team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, taking orders, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a pleasant experience. Full training will be provided—no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and drinks professionally and courteously
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave
• Assist in setting up and arranging the dining area before and after service hours
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Handle customer requests or complaints politely and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English or local language skills for customer interaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
