Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations

  • Monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods as per schedule.
  • Ensure proper loading/unloading, stacking, and storage inside cold rooms.
  • Maintain required temperature levels for all chambers and document temperature logs.
  • Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch planning.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure 100% FIFO/FEFO compliance.

2. Inventory Management

  • Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly stock audits.
  • Track stock variance and investigate discrepancies.
  • Update stock movement in WMS/ERP on time.
  • Generate GRN, stock reports, and dispatch reports.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards of cold storage.
  • Check product quality at inward/outward—damage, leakage, expiry, or temperature abuse.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records (temperature logs, pest control, calibration, etc.).
  • Follow SOPs and ensure audit readiness at all times.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain inward/outward registers, delivery challans, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare daily MIS reports (inward, outward, inventory status, vehicle reports).
  • Record daily energy usage, equipment status, and any deviations.

5. Team Coordination

  • Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and forklift/reach truck operators.
  • Provide training on SOPs, safety, and product handling.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

6. Equipment & Infrastructure Monitoring

  • Ensure proper functioning of refrigeration systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Report breakdowns immediately and follow up with technicians for quick resolution.
  • Monitor power consumption and ensure optimal usage.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 0–3years experience in warehouse or cold storage operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in cold temperature environments.
  • Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and safety standards.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Physically fit to handle cold room operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
