Accounts Receivable Associate (AR Caller)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Associate
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving claims, handling account receivables, and ensuring timely collections in compliance with
US healthcare policies and regulations
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management:
    Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce AR days and resolve claim issues promptly.
  • Denial Management:
    Investigate denials, identify root causes, correct errors, and re-submit claims for processing.
  • Communication:
    Liaise effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders regarding claims status, denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.
  • Account Follow-up:
    Monitor AR aging reports to identify and prioritize unpaid claims for follow-up.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of communications, actions taken, and status updates using company software systems.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to
    HIPAA guidelines
    and
    US healthcare regulations
    during all interactions and processes.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claims status, denials, and collections achieved.
