Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate fulfilment of customer contracts ensuring great customer experience post-sales, communicate with logistics and customer teams to ensure packaging is not held up at any point of time.
  • Manage onsite packaging operations
  • Manage workers, assign jobs, and ensure timely completion of work
  • Manage relationships with customer and other connected authorities
  • Ensure employee satisfaction, retention, customer satisfaction, and customer retention
  • Responsible for quality check and other compliances of packaging work
  • Coordinate fulfilment of customer contracts ensuring great customer experience post-sales, communicate with logistics and customer teams to ensure packaging is not held up at any point of time
  • Responsible for making packing lists when the order is received and before palletisation of material.
  • Responsible for management of Inventory, Inventory maintenance according to customer production.
