About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, an eye for trends, and the ability to engage our audience while aligning with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Act in and create engaging, shareable content across formats including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep our brand relevant.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns when required.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, sales) to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Suggest new ideas, innovative campaigns, and creative collaborations with influencers/partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
