Role Overview

We are hiring a PT Coordinator to lead our proficiency testing (PT) activities at the Barasat laboratory. The role involves PT sample preparation, homogeneity and stability evaluation, statistical analysis, and documentation as per ISO/IEC 17043 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and manage PT samples ensuring homogeneity, stability, and traceability.


• Perform data analysis and calculate statistical parameters (mean, SD, Z-score, etc.).


• Maintain PT documentation and records as per quality system requirements.


• Coordinate with QA and analytical teams for PT execution.


• Support development of new PT schemes and handle audit requirements.

Requirements


• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or Statistics.


• Experience: 5–7 years in testing laboratory, QA, or PT/ILC coordination.


• Skills:


• Proficient in IT and computer applications (Excel, data handling, basic statistics).


• Good spoken and written English.


• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 and 17043 requirements.


• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
