Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, optimizing performance, and achieving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness and present insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in app-based marketing or e-commerce performance campaigns will be an added advantage.
