Job Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer/Executive to join our FGS (Finished Goods Store) and Packing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% quality compliance during the packing and dispatch stages, managing SAP entries, and maintaining strict adherence to ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspection & Quality Assurance

2. Conduct 100% material inspection at the packing stage.

3. Ensure proper tagging of materials strictly as per customer requirements.
4. Execute Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) one day prior to shipment.
5. Monitor material readiness status and report findings to the Reporting Manager.

6. Compare and track Daily FGS Date vs. Actual Material Received.

7. Non-Conformance Management

8. Identify defects or deviations; hold or reject material immediately if non-conformity (NC) occurs.

9. Report NCs to the Reporting Manager and relevant departments via Mail or WhatsApp.

10. Follow up and take necessary actions for the resolution of non-conformities.

11. Dispatch & Logistics

12. Perform empty container inspections and provide approval for loading.

13. Supervise the material loading process to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

14. Manage material movement in the SAP system for the dispatch process.

15. Compliance & Process Improvement

16. Apply knowledge of 7QC Tools to analyse and improve quality processes.

17. Maintain documentation and practices in line with ISO Quality Assurance systems.

Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate - Commerce (B.Com).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with relevant internship experience or up to 1 year of experience).
• Basic understanding of SAP (preferred) or computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of 7QC Tools and ISO Documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

• Good communication skills for inter-departmental coordination
