About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
eCommerce & Business Development Executive
who will manage our online sales presence, run paid campaigns on eCommerce platforms, connect with potential business partners (including makeup artists, distributors, and companies), and handle operational/vendor coordination for packaging and gifting needs. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who can drive both revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Track sales, monitor stock levels, and coordinate logistics and order fulfillment.
  • Regularly update pricing and offers across platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare sales reports.

Ad Campaign Management:

  • Run paid ad campaigns on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and low ACoS.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and content updates.
  • Research and analyze competitors' advertising strategies.

Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Identify and connect with potential eCommerce platforms for onboarding and partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and commissions with online platforms and B2B clients.
  • Build strong partnerships with companies, makeup artists, distributors, salons, and resellers.
  • Attend industry events or exhibitions to generate new leads and expand brand reach.

Vendor Coordination & Sourcing:

  • Research and coordinate with vendors for

    packaging
    , and other operational needs.
  • Source cost-effective and high-quality materials and services for brand requirements.
  • Manage timelines, quality checks, and deliveries with third-party vendors.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations and/or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart ads and platform dashboards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Industry experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG is a plus.
