Position Overview

Department: Store SalesStore Related Reporting To: Offline Sales Head / Store Manager

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:Production Coordination

• Assist in executing Juhu Store Orders by coordinating with production units.
• Follow up on timelines, approvals, and corrections.
• Maintain trackers with production activities.

Client & Order Assistance (if applicable)

• Support senior designers during client order completion.
• Track custom orders and assist in timely deliveries and packaging preparations
• Help with the roaster if needed.

Client Experience & Styling

• Deliver exceptional styling guidance in line with the client's personal taste and body type.
• Curate head-to-toe looks and wardrobe solutions using Style Junkiie pieces.
• Build strong personal relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide pre- and post-sale styling assistance (trials, fittings, WhatsApp consults, etc.).
• Maintain the brand's high fashion image through client interactions and visual presentation.
• Ensure communication with Clients for Events, order status,& Delivery
• Handle all client requests, fittings & complaints, if any

Sales & Retail Excellence

• Meet and exceed the monthly sales individual target, the Store target, and the conversion targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the collection — fabrics, fits, styling combinations, and craftsmanship, while constantly being in touch with the designer
• Work closely with the retail and merchandising teams to understand bestsellers and inventory flow.
• Assist during events, launches, and styling previews.
• Strategise to improve sales & conversion ratio

Operational Support

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store/styling area.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and product orders with accuracy till delivery
• Collaborate with the tailoring team for customized requests and fitting corrections.
• Visual merchandising with guidance
• Help with Roaster if Needed

Third Party Vendors

• To maintain all records/communication
• To prepare the sales data at the end of the month
• To check inventory & update
• To execute orders & requests of the 3rd Party
• Manage Stock Levels
• Regular store inventory checks, audits, and cash handling

Strategy & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan promotional campaigns, End of Season Sales (EOSS), and special events. Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, sales patterns, and product performance to inform future strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
