We are Hiring for A EXIM Executive for Tier 1 Automotive Supplier of Hyundai , TATA Motors and Mahindra in Oragadam Chennai

EXIM Executive

Exports:

  • Float RFQ to Forwarders with detail like Current Volumes, Expected Volumes and Target Rates
  • Circulate to respective forwarders/stake holders for the space booking and necessary planning. Have been using the industrys top freight forwarders
  • Freight negotiation
  • Optimizing the shipping cost
  • Co-ordinate with Forwarders/Transporters for placement of trucks
  • Filing the shipping bill through forwarder
  • Ensuring the documentation is done on time to obtain Form 13
  • E Seal registration
  • Arranging the clearance of Export containers
  • Checking the BL draft, getting the BLs released by forwarders.
  • Getting the ISF filed by the consignee on time.
  • Submitting the Export Documents to the bank for lodgment/ factoring/etc
  • EGM details for GST filing
  • Shipment tracking end to end.
  • Sending Pre-Alerts after shipment is effected
  • Documentation for Export related schemes
  • Ensure team supports with Finance for documentation requirements for inward remittance from customers.
  • Approval of Freight Bills shipment wise for due accounting, in line with the contract
  • Accounting of Forwarder bills, transporter bills, Customs House Agent and disbursement of payment on time as per the due date.
  • Month wise freight projections to Finance department
  • Float enquiry, sector wise for obtaining freight rates from forwarders for non contracted sectors
  • Co ordinate with Suppliers/Customers, Forwarders, Customs Brokers and Customs Authorities for smooth flow of shipments including reply queries to Customs Authorities wherever required
  • Ensure compliance as per SOP and policies (Anti-bribery Policy, Safety Policy)
  • Following up with bank for generation of EBRC
  • Applying for MEIS incentives
  • Maintaining records and update Import/Export register on daily basis.

Imports:

  • Handling Import process and documentation related to Imports.
  • Handled both Break Bulk and Container imports
  • Checking the draft Invoice, Packing List & BL based on the Purchase Order executed.
  • Ensuring the relevant details like IEC,PAN,GST mentioned in BL
  • Preparing documents of letter of credit/High Seas Sales/Advance Payment for raw material/Clean Credit, etc.
  • Coordinating with supplier for the despatch of the raw material on time.
  • Gathering despatch details and prepare reports/status on daily basis for all Import Shipments, enabling the production team to have an idea on materials in transit.
  • Tracking the schedule for timely delivery of Raw Material
  • Receiving the CAN.
  • Sharing the documents to the CHA for filing the BOE
  • Checking and confirming the BOE checklist for filing
  • Coordinating with the CHA for making the liner payment, getting DO on time. Organise for Customs Duty, clearance planning and ensuring that the funds are available for the liners.
  • Clearance of Import material from the port on DPD mode
