Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM (US Shift)

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

Position: US IT Recruiter

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Work on different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of technical skills and job descriptions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
