Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort and its services.
• Manage online and offline advertising campaigns.
• Handle social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Collaborate with travel agencies, corporates, and event organizers for business development.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare marketing reports and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 2 Wheeler & 4 Wheeler License.
