Quality Checker

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models with a focus on GD&T compliance.
  • Perform dimensional inspections of components using measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Identify discrepancies between drawings and manufactured parts and report non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve tolerance and specification issues.
  • Ensure documentation and inspection reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Train and guide production staff on GD&T principles and quality standards when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T principles according to ASME Y14.5 or equivalent standards
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings checker and 3D CAD models.
  • Proficiency with measurement instruments and inspection techniques.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate findings clearly.
