Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across the hotel/resort. The role involves supervising staff, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Assign daily duties and work schedules
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Ensure cleaning standards and hygiene procedures are followed
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
