Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Delivery:Creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum for Hindi language and literature, including grammar, prose, poetry, and composition.
• Teaching and Instruction:Delivering high-quality instruction, conducting lectures, and facilitating discussions to enhance students' understanding of the subject.
• Assessment and Evaluation:Evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, providing feedback, and tracking their progress.
• Student Guidance:Mentoring and guiding students in developing their linguistic and analytical skills, and preparing them for board exams and other assessments.
• Extracurricular Activities:Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities related to Hindi language and literature, such as debates, poetry recitation, and literary competitions.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Collaboration:Collaborating with other teachers, especially the Head of Department (HOD), to ensure effective teaching and learning.
