A dual role professional responsible for ensuring that all mining operations and products meet stringent quality and safety standards while also managing essential communication and relationships with government agencies, local communities, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS): Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and systems to ensure consistent product quality (e.g., mineral/coal quality parameters like ash, moisture, and sulfur content).
  • Monitoring and Inspection: Manage the sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials and final products to ensure they meet specified standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular internal audits and support external inspections. Document findings, manage non-conformities, and generate detailed reports on quality performance for management and statutory bodies.
  • Government Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact and managing essential communication and relationships with government agencies, local communities, and internal departments.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise between the company and external stakeholders or among internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time
