Job Title: Snr/Junior Barista cum Cashier

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Reports To: Café Manager / Store Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented Barista cum Cashier to join our premium café in Dwarka. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in premium cafés or restaurants, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, beverages, and light snacks as per brand standards.
• Handle cash, digital payments, and POS billing with accuracy and responsibility.
• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized customer interactions at all times.
• Upsell and recommend beverages and food items to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the counter and café areas.
• Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and service speed.
• Monitor stock levels for coffee, beverages, and café supplies, and report shortages.
• Adhere to brand SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
• Support colleagues during peak hours and contribute to overall café operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or Barista cum Cashier with premium café/restaurant brands.
• Excellent communication skills in English – must be confident in engaging with premium clientele.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage service.
• POS and cash handling experience is mandatory.
• Energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
