We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our FMCG marketing operations. The role requires a visionary leader who can build strong brand positioning, design effective marketing strategies, drive consumer engagement, and contribute to business growth in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives across product categories.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning through innovative campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Lead market research and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Oversee product launches, packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive ATL & BTL marketing activities, including advertising, events, trade promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with channel requirements and customer needs.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.
  • Establish strong relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and key external stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and track performance to measure effectiveness of campaigns and brand health.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • 1218 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    Proven track record of successful brand building, product launches, and revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
