Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Specialist located in Jamshedpur. The Catering Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing catering events, ensuring high-quality food service, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their catering needs, managing the preparation and presentation of food, and ensuring all catering equipment and supplies are available and in working order.

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Cooking and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications in food handling and safety are a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
