We are Hiring for AGM Technical for our Retreading and Precured Tyre Manufacturing in Maraimalar NAgar.
Need candidates only from Retread Tyres Manufacturing and Precured Tread Rubber Manufacturing. Others Strictly Dont Apply.
Responsibilities
- To advice on all technical and quality matters pertaining to the manufacturing process covering all the Branches.
- Responsible for all the technical activities like design of machines, design of die & tooling including PCTR matrices, low cost automations etc covering all the Branches.
- Responsible for guiding the Branches in tool & die maintenance
- To continuously monitor the quality & problems related to the technical function to identify & diagnose issues, develop appropriate systems & strategies to ensure effective problem solving at the Branches.
- Should be capable of optimizing the process to ensure quality products.
- To monitor production & quality performances of all the Branches
- To periodically give updates to Management.
- Identify training & development needs and implement.
- Basic Knowledge in Rubber Compounding Mixing Banbury and Intermixer Lab Testing Quality and Production.
