We are seeking a highly skilled
Ruby on Rails Developer
with strong expertise in building and securing scalable APIs and integrating modern features for influencer marketing platforms. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain APIs using
    Ruby on Rails 7
    with
    REST
    and
    GraphQL
    .
  • Implement and secure backend services with a strong focus on
    OWASP Top 10
    vulnerabilities and
    pentest fixes
    .
  • Integrate influencer-marketing features and workflows.
  • Ensure scalable data management with
    PostgreSQL
    and
    Redis
    .
  • Manage asynchronous job processing with
    Sidekiq
    .
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    , enforce
    CI/CD best practices
    , and maintain clean, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent communication in English.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in backend development with
    Ruby on Rails
    .
  • Proven experience with
    API development and security practices
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    PostgreSQL, Redis, and job queues (Sidekiq)
    .
  • Hands-on experience in fixing security vulnerabilities and conducting/implementing pentest recommendations.
  • Solid grasp of
    software engineering best practices
    (CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work independently and align with
    Indian working hours
    .
  • Available to start
    ASAP
    .

  • Knowledge of
    Python
    for data pipelines and automation.
  • Experience with
    LangChain
    and

    for AI-driven features.
