Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager (Institutional Insurance Sales) located in
Varanasi

patna
and
Bhubaneswar
, India. The Manager will be responsible for institutional insurance sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing financial aspects, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
I

  • institutional insurance sales skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • knowledge of corporate & Group insurance ( credit life, Gmc, Gpa etc) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and managing client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
