Must have-

1. Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Node.JS.

2. Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.

3. Strong proficiency in RESTful API development in Node.JS/Nest.JS.

4. Proficiency in CRUD operations and unit testing framework like Jest.

5. In-depth knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

6. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including deployment, scaling, and integration.

7. Hands-on experience with Firestore for NoSQL database management, including data modeling, querying, and real-time synchronization.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges.

9. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role-

  • Lead and mentor development teams in Angular and Nest.JS software design and development
  • Architect, design, and develop complex, mission-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Angular and libraries, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
