Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Technical Lead to architect, develop, and deploy innovative AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, modern ML frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS). This role will drive the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable AI/ML architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into impactful data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Python, FastAPI, and leading ML frameworks.
• Develop and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using platforms like LangGraph and LangFlow.
• Lead Prompt Engineering initiatives to optimize LLM outputs for real-world business use cases.
• Drive innovation in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Science practices.
• Architect and manage data workflows, including integration with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, and big data solutions.
• Ensure MLOps alignment for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership and thought leadership on AI/ML technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures.
• Mentor and guide developers, data scientists, and junior architects on AI/ML best practices

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years Python ,2 years AI/ML and 2+ years in Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI and related frameworks).
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI (LangGraph, LangFlow), and Prompt Engineering.
• Proven track record in Machine Learning, NLP, and Data Science solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of scalable data systems and distributed computing.

Good to Have:

• AWS Cloud experience and exposure to AWS AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and tools for model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Big Data technologies and Data Warehousing solutions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization for AI/ML workloads (Docker/Kubernetes).
