1. Job Purpose

To ensure timely delivery of cakes and bakery items within the outlet premises, assist in customer service, and support store operations by maintaining speed, and discipline.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Delivery & Running Tasks

• Quickly deliver cakes, pastries, and other items to the packing counter or customer pickup area.
• Assist in coordinating orders between kitchen, display, and billing counters.
• Ensure accurate and safe handling of all cake boxes to avoid damage.
• Support outlet team during peak hours by running items efficiently.

B. Customer Service Support

• Greet customers politely and assist in carrying orders when needed.
• Provide immediate support to sales staff in delivering items to customers.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times.

C. Outlet Operations Support

• Assist in arranging the display counters and replenishing items from the storage area.
• Help maintain cleanliness in display counters, storage area, and packing station.
• Dispose waste properly and ensure the outlet remains neat and hygienic.
• Support back-end tasks such as bringing materials from store room.

D. Coordination

• Communicate clearly with the sales team, packing staff, and kitchen staff.
• Follow instructions from Outlet Manager and Shift Incharge promptly.
• Report any delays, breakages, or issues immediately.

3. Skills & Qualifications

• Basic communication skills (English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam as applicable).
• Physically active, energetic, and quick in movement.
• Able to carry cakes safely and responsibly.
• Prior experience in F&B/outlet operations is an advantage (not mandatory).
