Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per security protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office records management.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies; coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.
- Report any security or safety concerns to the relevant authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must Need a bachelor's degree .
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:

- Flexibility may be required for special events or meetings.
