Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office records management.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies; coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.
  • Report any security or safety concerns to the relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must Need a bachelor's degree .
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:
