We're looking for an experienced Manager, Procurement to join our Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing thorough category strategies for professional services, including management consulting, Global Employee Benefits and Contingent Workforce
• Managing the entire strategic sourcing lifecycle from demand aggregation, market research, RFI/RFP/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, selection, and contract award
• Contract Management & Risk Mitigation
• Process Improvement & Systems
• Collaborating closely with internal business partners (Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT) to understand their needs, define requirements, and ensure alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a significant portion focused on indirect services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven expertise in sourcing and managing complex service categories such as Professional Services, Employee Benefits, HR Services, and/or Management Consulting
• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CIPS) preferred
