Township MEP Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, execution, and coordination for large-scale township development projects. The role involves leading multidisciplinary MEP teams, ensuring compliance with design standards, managing consultants and contractors, and driving project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • Experience: 12–18 years in MEP design and execution, preferably in large integrated township or mixed-use development projects.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end MEP lifecycle — from design through commissioning.
