Job Title: Kyriba Treasury System Implementation Consultant – API & Integration Specialist

Department: Treasury Technology / Finance Systems
Reports To: Director of Treasury Systems / Implementation Lead

Position Overview:

We are looking for a technically proficient Kyriba Implementation Consultant with expertise in API integrations and treasury systems to join our team. This role will focus on implementing Kyriba's Treasury Management System (TMS) with a strong emphasis on system connectivity, data integration, and automation using Kyriba's API framework and other protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the technical implementation of Kyriba modules including Cash Management, Payments, Bank Account Management, and Forecasting.
• Configure system workflows and ensure alignment with treasury operations and business requirements.

API & Integration Development

• Design and implement integrations between Kyriba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) using RESTful APIs, SFTP, and host-to-host protocols.
• Develop and manage API calls for data exchange including bank statements, payment files, and forecasting data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and scalable connectivity with banks and third-party systems.
• Develop and manage API integration between banks and Kyriba for bank statements and payments.

Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Monitor and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
• Optimize API usage and recommend automation strategies to improve treasury efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for integration architecture, data mappings, and API specifications.

Testing & Deployment

• Create and execute test plans for functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Support data migration and validation during implementation phases.
• Assist in go-live activities and provide post-deployment support.

Training & Collaboration

• Train internal teams and clients on Kyriba's API capabilities and integration workflows.
• Work closely with Kyriba support and client IT teams to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CA/MBA, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in treasury system implementation, with at least 2 years focused on Kyriba.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, and bank connectivity protocols.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial data structures.
• Experience with Kyriba's API documentation and integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Kyriba certification or training in API and integration modules.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and middleware tools.
• Knowledge of treasury operations including cash positioning, payments, and liquidity planning.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects.
