Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Administration professional based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The individual will be responsible for overseeing medical operations, liaising between departments, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to uphold the highest standards of patient care. Tasks will include managing schedules, assisting in clinical operations, and supporting the overall delivery of consistent and efficient healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • Competence in Medicine, with a focus on Cardiology and Neurology
  • Experience or knowledge in Orthopedic Surgery and treatment processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with hospital operational workflows and healthcare regulations
  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related field
  • Advanced qualifications in healthcare management or administration are a plus
