Job Description – Inventory Controller

Job Title: Inventory Controller

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in inventory / stock management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all stock purchased for POC and client projects.
  • Track movement of items between Accounts, Sales staff, Field staff, Vendors, and Consultants.
  • Ensure proper handover documentation with complete chain-of-custody logs (signatures, photos, approvals).
  • Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation with system records.
  • Prepare and share stock and consumption reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for purchase entries and approvals.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management software/tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and minimize stock loss or misplacement.
  • Support audits and provide timely MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum B. Com graduate.
  • 5 years proven experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory software such as Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books (or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory processes including GRN, Issue, Return, and Vendor Management.
  • Excellent coordination, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage overseas field staff handovers and collaborate with external and overseas vendors/consultants.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum (depending on skills and responsibilities).
