Position Overview:

The Director of Corporate Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing ClinTex CTi's global supply chain and procurement strategy. This position will work closely with the Product Development, Finance, and Partner teams to ensure that the company's procurement of outsourced partners and other key resources meets quality, cost, and time requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize the company's procurement management system and processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Develop annual procurement budgets, cost-saving plans, and risk management strategies.

Evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and clinical trial outsourcing partners.

Manage the development, review, and negotiation of procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and compliance requirements.

Work closely with product, compliance, and finance teams to ensure procurement efforts are aligned with the company's business objectives.

Assess market dynamics and supply chain risks, and proactively optimize the supplier structure and sourcing strategy.

Manage and mentor the procurement team, develop talent, and enhance team expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in procurement management, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

At least 15 years of corporate procurement or supply chain management experience, including 10 or more years in a management position.

Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial procurement preferred.

Excellent business negotiation, cost analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration skills are required.

Excellent English communication and writing skills, enabling effective communication with global suppliers and teams.

A plus:

Familiarity with procurement processes and industry standards for clinical trial services (e.g., CROs, data management services).

CIPS (Council for Purchasing and Supply Management) or similar professional certification is required.
