Job Summary:
We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Salesperson
to join our data cable manufacturing company in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for
driving sales growth, acquiring new B2B clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers
. The role involves
direct reporting to the Owner/Managing Partner
and contributing to strategic sales initiatives for the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
in OEM, wholesale, and retail segments. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients
to drive repeat sales. - Understand customer needs and provide
tailored solutions
, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Collaborate closely with
production, logistics, and management teams
to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality compliance. - Prepare
quotations, proposals, and contracts
for prospective clients. - Track and report
sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
directly to the Owner/Managing Partner. - Attend
trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
to promote company products. - Achieve and exceed
sales targets
set by the Owner/Managing Partner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in
sales, preferably in electronics, cables, or accessories
. - Strong
B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
. - Knowledge of
data cables, connectors, and technical specifications
is an advantage. - Self-motivated and able to
work independently with minimal supervision
. - Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
. - Willingness to
travel domestically and for client meetings
as required.
